PlanetPerks – Terms & Conditions

  1. PlanetPerks is an initiative conceptualised and pioneered by LAHS Pratishthan, a not-for-profit organisation, and is operationally executed and managed by LAHS Green India Private Limited.
  2. PlanetPerks has been created solely to recognise and reward households that undertake sustainable actions and actively partner with us in preventing waste from reaching dumping grounds and landfills.
  3. PlanetPerks has engaged with and negotiated with multiple brands and service providers to facilitate discounts and cashback for participating users. Discussions have been undertaken with brands including, but not limited to, Uber, Swiggy, Flipkart, Amazon, Ola, and other partners.
  4. Eligible cashback amounts shall be credited directly to the bank account provided by the user, subject to successful verification and compliance with these terms. The cashback upto INR 1000/- shall be credited in the user's wallet. Once the amount crosses the limit of the aforesaid amount, the same shall be credited in the user's bank account.
  5. Cashback shall be credited within 60 (sixty) days from the date of actual purchase, subject to confirmation of the transaction by the respective partner platform.
  6. In case of product replacement, cashback shall be credited only after the replacement is successfully completed. In case of product return or cancellation, cashback shall not be applicable, and any refund shall be processed strictly in accordance with the policies of the respective e-commerce platform, vendor or manufacturer.
  7. The maximum cumulative cashback that may be earned under PlanetPerks shall be capped at INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per family, unless otherwise expressly communicated. The user's association with us after the expiry of our contract with the society shall be dependent upon on their availing of the facilities on our platform. The final call regarding the membership shall be taken at the financial year end 31.03.2027.
  8. Discount benefits under PlanetPerks are planned to commence from 15.04.2026, and cashback benefits are planned to commence from 15.09.2026.
  9. At present, PlanetPerks facilitates discounts and cashback offers primarily through local vendors, and additional vendors or brand partners may be introduced from time to time.
  10. Registration on PlanetPerks is completely free of cost until a certain period, after the expiry of which a nominal fee would be charged. If any person requests payment in the name of PlanetPerks registration, users are advised to immediately report the same by calling +91 9323403040.
  11. PlanetPerks acts solely as an intermediary platform, and shall not be responsible or liable for product quality, pricing, delivery, defects, warranties, delays, or after-sales service. Any disputes or issues related to products, services, delivery, or refunds must be resolved directly with the respective e-commerce platform, vendor, or manufacturer.
  12. Users acknowledge that brand participation, offers, and cashback structures are subject to change at the discretion of the respective partners.
